• Delivery is free for orders within the designated area (see below) totalling more than $100 (excluding HST).
• Orders less than $100 will incur a $ 9.95 delivery fee.
• The order is shipped on payment approval and product availability.
• Items may arrive in more than one shipment.
• Our service includes delivery of goods to the front door, first floor for residential dwellings and commercial buildings. If you require additional service, please call customer service to arrange. Additional fees will apply.
• A contact person must be available to accept the delivery between the hours of 9am – 5pm. This contact person must be available to sign and confirm the items they have ordered as part of the delivery.
• If you (or contact person) are unable to accept your delivery in person, you can complete a Delivery Release Form. Leave this completed form where a driver can collect it and your order will be left as indicated in your request. If the driver is unable to comply with this request, instructions will be left for you on how to obtain your order.
• We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
• Evening delivery may be available in your area between the hours of 6pm – 9pm. To see if evening delivery is available in your area or to place an order for evening delivery, you must contact one of our customer service representatives at 416-754-4812.
• Stocked items are usually delivered within 3 business day within local trade areas.
