Return Your Product
| NO RETURNS or EXCHANGE |
| If it is necessary to return a product
within the warranty/guarantee period, then the customer must request a
Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #) from CPI . This
can be done by filling out and emailing us the
RMA Form
to
sales@compupoint.ca or by calling
416-754-4812. |
| RMA numbers are good
for 14 days only and CPI must receive the product during that
period of time. Your RMA number
cannot be re-issued or extended. |
| Mark the RMA number clearly on the
outside of EACH RETURNING BOX and enclose a COPY OF THIS
RMA FORM. Any
product returned without a valid, unique RMA# will be refused
and returned to the sender at the sender's expense. |
| When returning a
product to CPI the customer will pay the shipping fee.
|
| Once the product has
been repaired or replaced CPI will pay to ship the product to
the customer. If the product returned cannot be repaired or
exchanged CPI reserves the right to replace the equipment with
something of equal, similar or greater value. |
| Products returned due to damage or misuse
and Products retested with no problem found are subject to
repair/retest charges. |
