bulletWarranties vary for each item, check at the bottom of each item's description.
bulletWarranties cover only repair or replacement within their term, no technical support will be given.

  Returns
bulletIf it is necessary to return a product to CPI then the customer must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form from CPI within the warranty/guarantee period. This must be done via email at sales@compupoint.ca or download RMA form
bulletRMA numbers are good for 14 days only and CPI must receive the product during that period of time.
bulletPackages returned without an RMA number will be refused.
bulletYour RMA number cannot be re-issued or extended.
bulletIt is very important to have the RMA form posted on the outside of a returned package and to include the original invoice and a second copy of the RMA number with your FedEx or UPS airway bill in order to properly process any repairs, exchange or credit.
bulletWhen returning a product to CPI the customer will pay the shipping fee.
bulletOnce the product has been repaired or replaced CPI will pay to ship the product to the customer. If the product returned cannot be repaired or exchanged CPI reserves the right to replace the equipment with something of equal, similar or greater value.
bullet Products returned due to damage or misuse and Products retested with no problem found are subject to repair/retest charges.
bulletNO RETURNS without RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization number).
bulletALL non-defective items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
